- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1/3 c. minced onions
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
- 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
Directions

1Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, milk, egg and seasonings.

2Shape into 1-inch balls.

3Brown in large skillet.

4Remove and drain fat. Heat chili sauce and jelly in skillet until jelly melts, stirring constantly.

5Add meatballs and stir until coated.

6Simmer 30 minutes.

7Serve hot in chafing dish with toothpicks.

8Makes approximately 50 meatballs.
