Glazed Pecan Squash Rings

  • 1 medium acorn squash (about 1 lb.)
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
  • 1/2 cup wheat bran flake cereal
  • 1/2 cup PLANTERS Pecan Pieces
  • 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Trim and discard ends from squash, then cut squash crosswise into 1-inch-thick slices.

    Scoop out and discard seeds.

    Place squash rings in 13x9-inch baking dish.

    Mix together orange juice and syrup; spoon evenly over squash rings.

    Sprinkle with cereal, pecans and nutmeg; cover with foil.

    Bake 20 min.

    or until squash is tender.

    Uncover; continue baking 2 to 3 min.
