- 1/4 c. unsalted butter
- 1/4 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. pecan halves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 250°.

2Line baking sheet with foil.

3Combine butter, corn syrup, water and salt in a heavy 1 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil.

4Stir in pecans, mixing to coat well.

5Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake 1 hour, stirring about every 10 minutes.

6Remove from oven.

7Stir to cool.
