- rind of 1 large orange
- juice of 1 large orange
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lb. pecans
Directions

1Grate orange rind.

2Squeeze juice out of orange; add sugar. Boil for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

3Pour over pecans and coat well.

4Spread pecans out on flat surface and allow to cool completely.

5(Pecans are ready when glaze has turned cloudy or stickiness is gone.)
