- 1/2 c. water
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 c. or 1 lb. pecan halves
Directions

1Combine sugar, water and honey in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Cook until it forms soft ball stage (235° on a candy thermometer). Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Dip pecans into syrup; place on wax paper to cool.
