- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. rum
Directions

1Put carrots (cut into 2-inch lengths) into a saucepan with water, brown sugar, butter and rum.

2Cook, boiling gently, until carrots are glazed and water has evaporated.

3Be careful not to burn!

4I usually parboil carrots first.
