- 1 medium head cabbage
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- bread crumbs
Directions

1Chop cabbage fine and boil until tender in salted water. Drain.

2Wilt onion in butter.

3When wilted, add cheese in chunks and allow to melt over low heat.

4Add soup to cheese mixture. When blended, add boiled cabbage and mix well.

5Add crumbs, about 3/4 to 1 cup.

6Salt and pepper if desired.

7Put into 2-quart casserole dish and bake about 30 minutes at 350°.
