  • 1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. chopped parsley
  • 3/4 c. finely chopped onion
  • 5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. fine breadcrumbs
  • fat (for frying)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs.

    Shape into 12 to 15 balls.

    Roll balls in breadcrumbs and then flatten into patties. Crumb patties again; fry until well browned.

    Hamburgers may be stored in your freezer before or after cooking.
