  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar junior baby food peaches
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

    Grease and flour Bundt pan and set aside.

    In large bowl mix sugar and flour.

    In another bowl beat the eggs lightly, then beat in oil and peaches.

    Add egg mixture to the flour mixture and beat by hand for 1 to 2 minutes.

    Fold in chopped pecans.

    Pour into pan and bake at 350° for about 35 to 40 minutes.
