  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 Tbsp. soy flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp. yeast flakes
  • 1/4 Tbsp. wheat germ
  • 1 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. basil
  • 1 3/4 c. oats
  • 1 1/4 c. hot water
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
