- 3 c. flour
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. mashed potatoes
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Mix together all ingredients to make dough.

2Pull off handfuls of dough and roll between your hands to make long log, 1/2 inch in diameter.

3Cut log into 1/2-inch strips and roll them over a grater.

4Place on cookie sheet, laying in a single layer, and put in freezer for several hours, until they are frozen.

5Boil water in large pot.

6Put in gnocchis; allow gnocchis to rise.

7Cook approximately 10 minutes more.

8Serve with spaghetti sauce and meatballs.
