Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 can Brooks Just for Chili diced tomatoes
- 1 can Brooks dark kidney beans
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 c. sliced jalapenos
- 1 c. sliced black olives
- 1 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onion and green pepper, adding black, red and crushed pepper.

2(Drain fat when done.)

3Combine remaining ingredients.

4Simmer about 20 minutes.

5Add meat to mixture.

6Let cook another 30 minutes or so.

7Serve with oyster crackers, cheese or a dash of sour cream.
