- 8 large potatoes
- 14 cup milk or 14 cup cream
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 14 cup goat cheese, plain or 14 cup cream goat cheese
- 18 teaspoon rosemary, crushed
- 2 tablespoons mint, chopped
- salt and pepper
Directions

1steam potatos until very tender.
