Ingredients

  • 4 2/3 cups cauliflower cut into medium-sized flowerettes
  • 3 potatoes cubed
  • 3 tomatoes finely chopped
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 teaspoon chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon haldi
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons ghee
  • green chillies
  • coriander leaves

Directions

    Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown.

    Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.

    Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste.

    Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done.

    Garnish and serve hot.
