- 4 2/3 cups cauliflower cut into medium-sized flowerettes
- 3 potatoes cubed
- 3 tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 piece ginger
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon haldi
- 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons ghee
- green chillies
- coriander leaves
Directions

1Heat ghee in a kadai and fry the onion till light brown.

2Add cauliflower and potatoes and fry for 5 minutes.

3Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt to taste.

4Cover and cook on a slow fire till vegetables are done.

5Garnish and serve hot.
