- 6 large eggs
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 13 cup granulated sugar
- 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 3 cups plain Greek yogurt
Directions

1In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla.

3In a separate large bowl, mix together flour,sugar, baking soda, and salt.

4Mix the Greek yogurt with the dry ingredients just enough to combine.

5Whisk in the egg mixture.

6Drop batter by 1/4 cup servings onto hot griddle.

7Cook on the first side until bubbles start to form on the surface and edges are starting to brown.

8Flip to the other side and cook a couple minutes until fully set.

9Serve with butter and maple syrup.
