  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
  • 13 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 12 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt

Directions

    In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, vanilla.

    Set aside.

    In a separate large bowl, mix together flour,sugar, baking soda, and salt.

    Mix the Greek yogurt with the dry ingredients just enough to combine.

    Whisk in the egg mixture.

    Drop batter by 1/4 cup servings onto hot griddle.

    Cook on the first side until bubbles start to form on the surface and edges are starting to brown.

    Flip to the other side and cook a couple minutes until fully set.
