- 34 cup sugar
- 12 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup rice flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 12 cups cornmeal
- 1 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400F.

2Blend together sugar, oil, and beaten eggs.

3In another bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and cornmeal.

4Add dry ingredients gradually to creamed mixture.

5Alternately with the milk, stirring just enough to blend after each addition pour into well greased and floured 9x9 pan and bake 30-40 minutes at 400.

6Serves six.
