- 1 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 lb. Fish Filet (white fish preferred - haddock, sole, cod, etc.)
- Oil for frying
Directions

1In a bowl beat Eggs.

2In another bowl combine next five ingredients.

3Dip fillets in egg, then coat with cornmeal mixture. Heat Oil in skillet.

4Fry Fish over medium heat for about 3 - 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easy with a fork.
