  • 1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
  • 1 c. pecan halves or broken pecans
  • 1 unbaked pie crust

Directions

    In large bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, corn syrup, eggs and vanilla; beat well.

    Stir in oleo and pecans.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 375° for 40 to 50 minutes or until center of pie is firm and pie is golden brown.
