  • 12 cup nonfat vanilla soymilk
  • 14 cup Better 'n Peanut Butter spread
  • 2 tablespoons dried dates, chopped
  • 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash ground nutmeg
  • 12 ice cubes
