- 1 c. long grain rice (uncooked)
- 2 c. tomato juice
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. bacon drippings or margarine
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat slightly in oleo or bacon drippings. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Add meat and bacon drippings. Bake, covered, in a baking dish at 350° for 1 hour.
