Ingredients

  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1/3 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • nuts, diced dried fruit and raisins (optional)

Directions

    Mix together first 6 ingredients. Add honey, oil and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes (watch so it doesn't scorch).

    Cool on paper towels.

    Eat for a snack or with milk for breakfast.
