Ingredients

  • 1 c. oatmeal
  • 1/3 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 c. coconut
  • 1/4 c. sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 c. powdered milk
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together.

    Add honey, oil and vanilla and mix well.

    Spread on a cookie sheet and bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes.

    Cool on paper towels.
