"Good-N-Ugly" Cake

   Melt 1 stick margarine in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

   Sprinkle with nuts.

   Prepare cake mix as directed on package.

   Pour batter over butter and nuts.

   In a separate pan, melt the remaining stick of margarine.

   Mix in cream cheese.

   Add powdered sugar and beat with mixer until smooth.

   Spoon over cake batter and bake at

   250° to 275° for about 55 minutes.

    Icing will go to bottom of pan.
