  • 8 Anaheim peppers
  • 2 packages chive cream cheese
  • 4 ounces prosciutto
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil flakes
  • 1 package bacon

    Preheat grill over medium-high heat.

    Chop off top of peppers and remove seeds.

    Mix cream cheese, prosciutto, and basil together.

    Stuff peppers with ham and cheese mixture.
