  • 4 green peppers
  • 8 apples
  • 8 green tomatoes
  • 4 red peppers
  • 8 onions
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. water

Directions

    Grind or chop all vegetables together.

    Put on salt; stir and set aside for 5 minutes.

    Drain off excess water.

    Add sugar, vinegar and water.

    Put in hot jars and seal.
