  • 1 stick oleo, softened but not melted

  • pinch of salt
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 c. minus 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients with beater.

    Press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Mix the next 3 ingredients with beater; pour on top of first mixture in pan.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Sprinkle remainder of powdered sugar (2 tablespoons) on top after removing from oven.
