   Mix flour, nuts and butter, lumpy.

   Put in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake at 350° about 15 to 20 minutes.

   Cool.

   Mix together sugar, cheese and Cool Whip.

   Hard to spread on top of cake.

   Beat slowly the pudding and milk.

   Add to pie.

   Cover top with Cool Whip.
