- 3 cups gooseberries
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter

3Crush 1/2 cup berries add sugar, tapioca, and salt and mix.
