- 1 qt. whipping cream
- 1 doz. eggs
- 12 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 c. bourbon
- 2 Tbsp. rum
- nutmeg
Directions

1Separate eggs.

2Beat egg yolks until pale.

3Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time; beat after each addition.

4Add bourbon and rum.

5All this can be done a day ahead of time and refrigerated. Just before serving, whip cream and fold into egg mixture.

6Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into mixture.

7Serve in cups or goblets.

8Top with sprinkle of nutmeg.
