  • 4 small bananas
  • 16 oz. vanilla low-fat yogurt
  • 2 cups bran flake cereal with dates, raisins and walnuts
  • 1-1/3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup PLANTERS Walnuts
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water

Directions

    Prepare each breakfast serving by cutting 1 banana in half lengthwise; place in bowl.

    Top with 1/2 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup cereal, 1/3 cup blueberries and 1/4 cup raspberries.
