- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 medium onion
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. salt
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 to 2 medium peppers
- 1 can (plum) whole, peeled tomatoes
- 3 c. elbow macaroni (uncooked measurement)
Directions

1Brown hamburg, add diced onions, diced garlic, salt and cut celery, simmer and cover until tender.

2Add cut up pepper and cook until tender.

3Add can of tomatoes.

4Squeeze tomatoes as you add to pan.

5Simmer 1/2 hour.

6Add the cooked elbows to the goulash.
