- 3 lb. ground beef
- 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 1 medium onion
- 1 c. baked beans
- 1 c. corn, drained
- 1 c. peas, drained, and/or lima beans or string beans
- 1 large jar ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. barbecue sauce (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. relish
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Heat ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.

2Cook macaroni; drain and rinse with cold water.

3Combine all ingredients in a large, ovenproof dish and stir, using enough ketchup to mix, but not soupy.

4Parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on top.

5Bake at 350° until mixture is hot and begins to bubble.
