Ingredients

  • 3 lb. ground beef
  • 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 c. baked beans
  • 1 c. corn, drained
  • 1 c. peas, drained, and/or lima beans or string beans
  • 1 large jar ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp. barbecue sauce (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp. relish
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Heat ground beef and onion in skillet; drain.

    Cook macaroni; drain and rinse with cold water.
  3. 3
    Combine all ingredients in a large, ovenproof dish and stir, using enough ketchup to mix, but not soupy.

    Parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on top.

    Bake at 350° until mixture is hot and begins to bubble.
