  • 1 medium bell pepper
  • 2 pieces celery
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 pkg. elbow noodles
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomato juice
