- 2 lb. beef chuck, cut in 2-inch cubes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 c. peeled, diced tomatoes
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. bouquet garni
Directions

1Cook beef and onions in hot fat until onions are soft and yellow.

2Lightly stir in flour, salt and paprika.

3Cook 5 minutes and add bouillon, tomato sauce, peeled tomatoes, garlic and bouquet.

4Heat to boiling; cover.

5Bake at 350° for 90 minutes. Serve over hot noodles or macaroni.
