  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Chopped Onion (Fresh Or Dehydrated)
  • 1 can Stewed Tomatoes, Undrained (14.5 Oz Can)
  • 1 can Tomato Sauce (15 Oz Can)
  • 16 ounces, weight Box Of Elbow Macaroni
  • 4 cups Water, Divided Into 2 Cups Each

    Begin by browning ground beef and onions in a large frying pan over medium heat.

    Once browned, pour meat and onions into strainer to drain off the grease.

    Discard grease.

    Place the beef mixture back into the pan.

    Mix in stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, elbow macaroni and water, stir until completely combined.

    Set the pan on medium to medium high heat, bringing mixture to a simmer.

    Cook for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Test noodles.

    If not cooked all the way through, add in more water 1 cup at a time and cook down before testing again.
