- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 to 3 c. macaroni (6 c. cooked)
- 1 large can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pint sour cream
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet.

2While this is browning, cook macaroni.

3After ground beef is browned, drain excess fat.

4Drain water from macaroni.

5Mix macaroni, ground beef and cream of mushroom soup together.

6Salt and pepper to taste; cook until all ingredients are hot.

7Before serving, add sour cream.
