  • 1 can seasoned whole kernel corn
  • 1 can French-style beans
  • 1 can English peas
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef (lean; sprinkle with meat tenderizer)
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt (meat)
  • 1 (8 oz.) bag shell noodles
  • 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. tomato sauce
  • 1 c. tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Directions

    Brown meat with onion and garlic. While browning, put noodles on in plenty of water with 1 tablespoon Wesson oil and 1 tablespoon salt. Drain noodles and drain meat. Combine all ingredients and put in large casserole. Before baking, sprinkle 1/2 cup evaporated milk and grated cheese over top. Bake in 350° oven for approximately 45 minutes.
