Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
  • 400 grams Steak mince
  • 2 tsp Whole grain mustard
  • 1 large handful of grated Parmesan
  • 1 large handful of Fresh Parsley, roughly chopped
  • 3 dash Worcestershire Sauce
  • 3 tbsp Garlic oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 Egg to bind

    Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with your hands.

    The best thing about making burgers is that you can make whatever size suits you.

    Take handful of mixture required and shape into pattie either by hand or by using a chef's ring.

    I usually make large burgers and brown them under the grill for 2 mins on each side then in oven for 10 mins 220c
