- 10 oz. frozen French-cut green beans
- 3 Tbsp. butter, divided
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. Accent
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 Tbsp. minced onions
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
Directions

1Cook beans according to package directions; drain.

2Melt 1 tablespoon butter; add flour, salt, pepper and Accent.

3Heat until bubbly.

4Remove from heat; gradually add sour cream and mustard. Heat, stirring constantly, but do not boil.

5Add beans, cheese and onion to sauce.

6Put in casserole.

7Saute bread crumbs in 2 tablespoons butter.

8Top mixture with buttered bread crumbs.

9Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until heated through.
