- 6 or 7 medium potatoes
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- dash of salt
- little bit grated onion or chives
Directions

1Boil potatoes with their skins on.

2Peel potatoes and grate. Melt butter and cheese over low heat; add sour cream, salt and either grated onion or grated chives.

3Fold into potatoes.

4Cook in 2-quart buttered casserole dish at 350° until heated.
