  • 8 oz. New York sharp cheese
  • 8 oz. Old English Kraft cheese, sliced
  • 8 oz. pimento cheese, sliced
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. salad dressing
  • 1 cup pecan meats
  • 2 cloves garlic

Directions

  1. 1
    Grind in food chopper the pecans and garlic and all hard cheese. Mix with salad dressing and cream cheese (best by hand). Roll into logs and roll logs in paprika. Let cool and set back and enjoy.
