- whole graham crackers
- 6 oz. butter or margarine
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 6 oz. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. milk
Directions

1Line 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers.

2Melt first 6 ounces butter or margarine.

3Add white sugar, egg and 1/2 cup milk.

4Bring to a boil and boil one minute.

5Remove from heat and add walnuts, coconut and graham cracker crumbs.

6Spread over graham crackers.

7Put another layer of whole graham crackers over top and chill.
