Ingredients

  • whole graham crackers
  • 6 oz. butter or margarine
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. shredded coconut
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 oz. butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tsp. milk

Directions

    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with whole graham crackers.

    Melt first 6 ounces butter or margarine.

    Add white sugar, egg and 1/2 cup milk.

    Bring to a boil and boil one minute.

    Remove from heat and add walnuts, coconut and graham cracker crumbs.

    Spread over graham crackers.

    Put another layer of whole graham crackers over top and chill.
