- 1 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 lb. graham crackers

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add egg yolks.

3Beat thoroughly. Combine with graham cracker crumbs, rolled fine, and baking powder. Add flavoring, milk and nuts.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.

6Pour into well-oiled, shallow pans.

7Bake at 375° for about 30 minutes.

8Serve with whipped cream.
