  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs, separated
  • 35 graham crackers, rolled fine (3 1/4 c.)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. lukewarm milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

    Soak crackers in milk.

    Beat egg whites until stiff; set aside.

    Add rest of ingredients to cracker mix.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Bake 30 minutes at 325°.
