- 30 graham crackers, crushed
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. shredded coconut
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 2 whole eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Place all ingredients in large bowl in order given, stirring well with large spoon.

2Do not beat.

3Pour into greased and floured 8 x 10-inch or 9 x 9-inch pan.

4Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.

5Serve warm or cold, plain or topped with whipped cream or orange butter frosting.

6Cake will keep for long time and may be frozen.
