Graham Cracker Cookie Bar Dessert

Ingredients

  • 34 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 12 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup nuts
  • whole graham cracker
  • 14 cup margarine
  • 2 tablespoons evaporated milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Mix together the first four ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 2 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla, graham cracker crumbs, coconut and nuts.

    Cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers.

    Spread the filling over the layer of whole graham crackers.

    Cover with second layer of graham crackers.

    For frosting:.

    Combine 1/2 cup margarine, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk and spread on top of the hole graham crackers.

    Cover with foil and refrigerate.
