- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. milk
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1 c. fine chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 34 or 36 crushed graham crackers
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add egg yolks, one at a time, slowly and mix well.

3Add milk, vanilla and crackers.

4Mix in baking powder and then add nuts.

5Mix thoroughly.

6Beat egg whites stiff and fold in cracker mixture.

7Spray cupcake pan with Pam or a no sticking spray.

8Fill cups about 1/2 full and bake in a 325° to 350° oven for 15 to 20 minutes, according to your oven.
