- 16 whole graham crackers
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
- 1 pkg. jello (any flavor)
Directions

1Place 1/2 of the graham crackers on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

2Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk.

3Blend the pineapple and nuts into beaten egg white.

4Combine the 2 mixtures and spread on top of graham crackers.

5Top with remaining graham crackers.
