Graham Cracker Jello Cake

  • 16 whole graham crackers
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 egg white, stiffly beaten
  • 1 pkg. jello (any flavor)

Directions

    Place 1/2 of the graham crackers on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

    Cream butter, sugar and egg yolk.

    Blend the pineapple and nuts into beaten egg white.
  4. 4
    Combine the 2 mixtures and spread on top of graham crackers.

    Top with remaining graham crackers.
