- 20 graham crackers (double)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 4 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs, separated
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Roll graham crackers (or use a food processor).

2Mix with 1/2 cup sugar and butter.

3Line 9 x 13-inch pan with mixture, saving 1 cup for top of pudding.

4Cook milk, 1 cup sugar, salt, egg yolks, flour and vanilla until thick.

5Pour into lined pan.

6Cover with meringue made with the egg whites left from the pudding.

7Then cover with reserved crumb mixture.

8Bake for 15 minutes at 350°.
