  • 12 cup butter, melted
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites, beaten
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 12 teaspoon baking powder

    Reserve 1/2 cup for topping Press remainder into deep pie plate or shallow baking dish.
